1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after receiving full payment confirmation.

  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there are unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays directly via email.

2. Packaging and Integrity

We understand the sensitive nature of research peptides. All orders are packed securely in discreet, padded, and damage-resistant packaging to ensure the integrity of the compounds during transit. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during typical shipping timeframes; however, they must be stored appropriately (e.g., refrigerated or frozen) immediately upon delivery.

3. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update after receiving the email.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period (e.g., over 3 business days) please contact us at orders@mutantpeptides.com and we will launch an investigation with Royal Mail.

  • Damaged on Arrival: While rare, if your items arrive significantly damaged, please take clear photographs of the unboxing process, the damaged packaging, and the vials. Contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery time so we can assess the situation and provide a resolution.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mutantpeptides Ltd is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
