Due to the highly sensitive chemical architecture, strict climate-controlled preservation metrics, and uncompromising batch quality control standards required for scientific reagents and research peptides, Mutantpeptides Ltd enforces a strict final sales model.  We do not provide returns, refunds, or order cancel requests for change of mind or accidental buyer errors. When a research compound leaves our monitored security and environmental control parameters, its systemic purity timeline is legally compromised. To secure absolute laboratory testing safety, verified batch composition, and completely eliminate cross-contamination vector chains, returned chemical agents can never be processed or placed back into stock.

2. UK STATUTORY PROTECTIONS & LEGISLATIVE EXEMPTIONS 

While the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 outlines standard 14-day cancellation allowances for mainstream e-commerce models, your transactions with Mutantpeptides Ltd are firmly governed under distinct statutory exemptions:

Breaking or opening the tamper-evident security seal or vacuum barrier of any laboratory vial completely voids all legal capabilities for systemic return or replacement processing. 

Mandatory Directives: No voluntary return requests, buyer remorse accommodations, or checkout corrections can be generated or processed post-dispatch.

3. LEGALLY AUTHORIZED EXCEPTIONS FOR RECTIFICATION

In accordance with the mandatory operational standards established under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Mutantpeptides Ltd guarantees that all shipped items remain of satisfactory quality, structurally fit for their documented chemical application, and match the stated description.  Fulfilment defects are limited strictly to the following parameters: 

  1. Incorrect Product Dispatch: If the compound label or molecular designation delivered fundamentally contrasts with the items detailed on your confirmed checkout receipt.
  2. Discrepancy in Quantity: If your delivered package contains an omission or physical volume deficit relative to your completed order transaction.
  3. Physical Transit Damage: If transit friction causes compromised vial structures, broken security caps, damaged rubber closures, or visible integrity failure of the lyophilized compound.

4. COMPULSORY CLAIM NOTIFICATION PROTOCOL 

To legally initiate a validation claim for damaged, shorted, or incorrect shipments, purchasers must execute our corporate logging procedure within exactly 7 calendar days from the formal courier delivery timestamp. Claims outside this window cannot be audited.

PROTOCOL STEP 01: ADMINISTRATIVE ALERT

Transmit an email directly to our logistics dashboard at orders@mutantpeptides.com. Your subject line must contain your explicit  Order No. Identifier (e.g., #MP-1001). 

PROTOCOL STEP 02: PHOTOGRAPHIC VALIDATION

Attach high-definition, clear photographs documenting the untouched outer parcel, courier labels, packing lists, and the exact unopened vials showing the discrepancy or defect. 

PROTOCOL STEP 03: LOGISTICS RESOLUTION AUDIT 

Our fulfilment centre will cross-examine internal weighing registries and packaging logs. Please keep the products safely stored and do not alter or open any items until formally instructed by an agent.

5. RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTATIONS (RESHIPMENT / CREDIT)

Once our compliance desk validates the claim parameters, Mutant Peptides Ltd will execute immediate remedial protocols without charge to the buyer:

  • Priority Reshipment: The correct inventory or shorted lines will be dispatched immediately via tracked high-priority courier tiers at our expense.
  • Financial Refunds: If direct inventory replacement is unavailable due to manufacturing or stock delays, a complete refund will be issued to the original processing card within 5 to 7 operational bank days.
  • Reverse Logistics: If our lab requires physical recovery of an incorrect variant for internal testing, a pre-paid tracked Royal Mail shipping label will be provided. The chemical compound must remain perfectly unsealed and housed securely in its protective box.

Mutantpeptides Ltd maintains full executive authority to adapt this text documentation to remain parallel with changing UK statutory definitions or logistics updates.
